Team building at Arahura Marae

Some of the Te Hono o Ngā Waka team were lucky to participate in the Wānanga for Health and Social Services at Arahura Marae last week. This was a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the history of Ngāti Waewae and korero about intergenerational trauma, decolonisation, te reo and tikanga. Additional sessions will be held on the 25th May and 8th June.
